1. Dividing paper: Dividing the large pieces of paper from the cardboard factory into suitable scales of the same size evenly.
2. Printing and slotting: In this process, the mark required by the customer is printed on the cardboard by a roller embossing method, and the cardboard is facing upwards at this moment, and the intention is to print the customer’s logo on the cardboard. After the printing roller rolls, the cardboard is notched and formed.
3. Nailing or glue: the slotted cardboard should be stitched into a box. Usually, the nailing method is used to sew it, and the foreign trade usually uses the viscose method to sew it.
4. Tie up, pack, and register in the warehouse: the stitched cartons are bound with packing straps, and the number is placed in the warehouse after registration, and then out of the warehouse when the customer tells you that it needs to be shipped out.
